Thrive Hawaii is a real estate development company that specializes in creating affordable housing using creative financing solutions to renovate old homes and build new homes. We help home owners interested in building generational wealth using the velocity of money strategy taught by Max Gainz.

We offer investment opportunities to private money lenders interested in making passive income backed by real estate. We work with local housing authorities to provide housing for the underserved in our communities and those families that would otherwise move out of Hawaii.

ABOUT US

Personally Nathaniel has done several ground up builds and countless home repairs, renovation projects as a general contractor. He has one successful fix and flip and owns one  one single family rental unit. Nathaniel also owns and successfully operates with his wife Tara lynn a clothing business called Unconquered Hawaii

Tara Diego is a mompreneur and admin extraordinaire who happily works behind the scenes to ensure order within our operations and that we continually evolve to meet our clients’ needs and expectations.

Before starting Thrive Hawaii with her husband, Nate, Tara spent fifteen years as the Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant at a top residential real estate firm in Hawaii. After a successful career helping real estate professionals with everything from Human Resources to market statistics, to the development of professional presentations, to a company merger, Tara now uses those skills to run her own family’s businesses, including the apparel brand, Unconquered Hawaii, and teaching craft classes.

Tara has two daughters, one in college, and a toddler in her “terrible” stage. She enjoys traveling, trying almost anything once, and is a logic puzzle enthusiast from Lahaina, Maui.
